I) Payment
We accept PayPal(online payment gateway)Support credit cards online payment.
All Formosa Tea will be shipped to worldwide directly from Taiwan.
The shipping cost will be covered by Formosa Tea when orders more than USD1000- for World wide market.
Once received your order & payment ,we attempt to ship all orders within 3 working days Monday to Friday, and confirm the EMS tracking number to you by e-mail.
The delivery time is different depend on destination and customs conditions in each country.
III) Return / Exchange within a week after receiving the product.
We will gladly exchange damaged, defective, or wrongly shipped items. Additional shipping will be paid by Formosa Tea.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please save the item and all packaging for inspection by return.
Our tea is in vacuum bags of packaging to ensure the quality of the tea during the transportation. We are unable to accept any exchange or return to your order once bag open except for damaged, defective, or wrongly shipped merchandise.
Once shipped, we are unable to accept any change or cancellation to your order.
If the parcel does not reach its destination because the purchaser incorrectly entered the delivery address, we don't accept responsibility. Therefore, please enter the delivery address carefully and correctly.
To avoid misunderstandings regarding the taste or quality of our teas, we encourage you to order small Q"TY before making larger orders.
Fragile items such as tea pots which are damaged due to shipping may be exchanged or money refunded if we are notified within one week of receipt.
