III) Making Good Tea

Water: Spring, Mineral Water (Good), Tap Water (ok)

Water Temperature: 95-100C (boiled).Pour 250cc in china cup then cap.

IV) Attention

Do not drinking the tea in 1-2 Hrs after taking medication。

Pregnant do not drinking too much tea ,also tea must Decaf。
